Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If your Handmade Wreath, Garland or Flower Arrangement arrives faulty then please accept our apologies and get in contact within 14 days. We will be happy to either arrange to replace your faulty item or arrange a refund upon its return.

We take great care to ensure your order is packed correctly.  However, if anything is missing please get in contact within 14 days of purchase.

Under the distance selling regulations, you have 14 days to change your mind and inform us, we will then be happy to refund your money upon return of products in a re-saleable condition. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your products.

Kindly be advised that refunds are not available for our bespoke items.

If you did not purchase your  product online, to get your refund or exchange, we require proof of purchase.

If you change your mind after ordering but before you receive your products then still get in contact as soon as possible. If we have already sent out your order you will need to either refuse the package or else return it yourself at your own cost.
